I usually use a mini pallet knife when trimming and filling moulds with sugar paste but I decided to give these a go. The angled end of the tool works wonders and because of the different sizes that you get in the pack I found them really useful. For me, the jury is still out on the pointed end, I think I would still continue to use a dresden tool but definitely a useful item to have in your cake decorating kit.
