Dimensions of the full mat: 35cm wide x 23cm high. Each circle is: 4cm diameter Each mat can make 20 macarons at a time.
This mat requires no parchment paper, oil or cooking sprays as it is non stick. Place your mat onto a baking tray. Make your macaron mix and pipe onto the circles on the mat, bake and you will have neat, uniform macarons.
Please note the mat come with a plastic protective cover which must be removed before use.
Simply put it on the top shelf of the dishwasher to clean it or wipe clean with a cloth.
