IMPERFECT Rosalind Miller Cakes Set of 2 Square Ganache Plates 3mm Acrylic

For a beautiful, professional finish on your cakes use this Set of 2 Square Rosalind Miller Ganache Plate. Simply put a ganache plate on top of your cake and the other one at the bottom, you can then use them as a guide when smoothing buttercream, ganache or royal icing around the edges of your cakes. This ensures that you will get a perfectly smooth and neat finish. For best results use the Rosalind Miller Style 0 Cake Scraper to smooth the edge of your cake.

These Square Ganache Plates have been designed by Rosalind Miller and LissieLou and produced by LissieLou.

The ganache plate is made from high quality food-safe 3mm acrylic. The acrylic is clear so it’s easy to see through it. The Rosalind Miller Cakes logo and the product size is engraved onto the acrylic.

Size: please choose from the drop-down, both plates will be the same size.

After you have finished using you ganache plates, wash them in warm soapy water and store in a safe location. Do not put your plate in the dishwasher as it will cause the acrylic to go cloudy or warp. Avoid using abrasive materials such a scrawlers to clean them.
