🧁 Top Tip: Pair with our Gentle Scallop Cake Shapes for best results. Use ganache plates just slightly larger than your cake size (e.g. 5.6" plate for a 5" cake which would give you 0.3" of buttercream/ganache around the outside of your sponge) to allow space for the perfect frosting thickness.

How to Use:

Secure one ganache plate to the top of your cake and the other to the base. Use them as a smoothing guide while you apply your buttercream or ganache, and finish with our Style 0 Cake Scraper for that signature sharp edge.
