🔄 How It Works: Attach one plate to the top of your cake and one to the bottom. Use them as a guide while smoothing the sides with your scraper – we recommend our Style 0 Cake Scraper for the neatest edge.

🎂 Top Tip: Choose a ganache plate slightly larger than your cake. For example, use a 5.3" or 5.6" (depending how thick you want your buttercream/ganache to be) plate with a 5" cake to allow space for a smooth frosting layer.
