Central Dowelling Guide 4in to 14in

Achieve perfect tiered cakes every time with this set of Central Dowelling Guides. The central holes allows you to mark your position on your cake perfectly when stacking, every single time.

Simply place your central dowelling guide on top of our guide, and use the template hole to find the centre of your cake. You can then use a poly dowel to de-core your cake. You will then be able to lower you cake onto a cake board with a wooden dowel in it perfectly every time.

This comes in a full set from 4in - 14in.
The internal width of the hole is 17mm wide.

The Guide is made from high quality, food certified acrylic. This is reusable; after use, wash with a sponge in warm soapy water and dry thoroughly. Do not use any abrasive materials to clean it and do not put it in the dishwasher. We also recommend that you leave to air dry and do not rub with a cloth.
