I ordered this for a cake I was designing. When the item arrived it had multiple lines across it from when the plastic for the shape had been poured and a large tag of plastic coming off of it. I emailed and was sent a replacement, great customer service. When the replacement arrived it had the same issue, not in the same place but again not a usable item. I didn’t bother to message again because I feel like a nuisance but it just ruins the look of the leaves so now I can’t use them. Just be wary if purchasing that in my experience of the 2 I’ve received neither look like the photo and there clearly isn’t the level of quality control I was expecting from Lissie Lou (even when they were sending a replacement!).
