Genuinely these are the best scrapers I have ever used!! They are small, flexible and easy to handle with several different corner shapes that help scrape, smooth and even carve the buttercream or ganache frosting. A highly recommended product for all cake enthusiasts!!

As somebody who usually paints embossed cupcake toppers with a mix of edible coloured dust and rejuvenator spirit, which can result in the paintbrush clogging, I found the pens to be really easy to use. They glide smoothly on a hardened sugar paste surface and give you more control than using a paintbrush. Would highly recommend. As others have mentioned a few more colours would be nice, but no doubt that idea is already in the pipeline.

I LOVE these and will recommend them to my students. I usually use a waterproof playing card for smoothing ganache but these are perfect!!!

I've used the Love You embosser to make a few cupcake toppers for my regular themed order for The Coffee House in Tadworth. These cupcakes are red velvet with a cream cheese flavoured frosting. I also used the gold pen that I bought recently to paint the embosser and added some gold sparkle dust and gold Sprinkletti hearts. Really pleased with the result. The second batch of cupcakes are a chocolate cake with berry centre and white chocolate buttercream, again I've used one of The LissieLou Embossers to decorate some of the cakes. The other toppers are my design using the various moulds and patchwork cutters that I have in my cake decorating stash.
